- Peaceful Coexistence Campaign: educate the public about the futility of trapping and killing wildlife as a method of human-animal conflict management in urban settings
- Answer 911 and Animal Control Services Calls: accepts all wildlife calls from all Metro Atlanta county 911 and Animal Control Services numbers
